The STARmazing race is a scavenger hunt that takes place throughout downtown Boston where teams race to solve clues and raise money for the Starlight Starbright Children’s Foundation.

 

J.P. Licks’ at 352 Newbury Street will be part of the race with racers needing to come in and do a blind fold flavor tasting to guess a flavor.  Every racer will receive a coupon good towards future treats at J.P. Licks.

 

“A scavenger hunt really puts the fun in fundraiser.  We’re happy to have the opportunity to get involved and support the foundation in their mission to improve quality of life for children who are seriously ill,” noted founder Vince Petryk.

September Flavors

J.P. Licks special flavors for September include: Caramel Apple, Apple Crisp, Chocolate Brownie, Peanut Butter Chip, Butter Almond, Black Raspberry Chip lowfat yogurt, Red Raspberry Sherbet, Fresh Apple Sorbet and Lactose Free Black Cherry.  Non-frozen delectable treats include a Vegan Whole Wheat Apple Spice Muffin as well as Blueberry Loaf, Banana Loaf, Maple Walnut Scone and an Apple Turnover.

 

New Tart and Tangy Yogurt and More Toppings

JPLicks has introduced a new Tart and Tangy frozen yogurt that must be tried.  To go along with this new product (or any flavor of ice cream or yogurt for that matter) they have also added new toppings, Blackberries, Raspberries, Blueberries, Yogurt Chips, Coco Pebbles, Fruity Pebbles, Kit Kat pieces and Cheesecake bits to name a few.  Don’t forget to try their homemade espresso bark – it is amazing!
